About Me

My name is Connie Wilson and I turned 50 years old this year.  I am a wife and a mother of 2 adult children working full time as a Registered Nurse in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and diagnostic cardiac testing.  I graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 1985 and went back to get my BS in Management in 2000.  I have also completed a Masters and Doctorate degree in Natural Health and currently working toward my BSN and MSN in Nursing Education.  I have a passion for learning and teaching and that is why I decided to start this blog to share the things that I have learned to improve my own health and maybe help others improve there lives through better choices.

    Does operating a well-established website like yours require a massive amount
    work? I am brand new to writing a blog but I do write in my diary on a daily basis.
    I’d like to start a blog so I can easily share my personal experience and views online.
